Privacy and data handling

This notice describes the features implemented by The Visibility Guide application. The directory can be read without creating an account. It has no application signup form, payment checkout, newsletter subscription, advertising tracker or contact-submission form.

Search and comparison

The visible directory’s search, filters and comparison selections operate in the current browser page. The application does not persist those selections in cookies or local storage. Requests made through the public API or browser agent tools are sent to this website to retrieve public catalog records. Do not include personal or confidential information in a search query.

Hosting and network requests

The website is delivered by a hosting service. That service necessarily receives network request information such as the requested address and may process technical information including IP addresses and user-agent headers for delivery, security or operation. This application does not provide a separate analytics or customer database. Platform-managed authentication may apply if you choose to connect a hosted MCP tool; use that platform’s own privacy and account controls.

External websites

Links to platform providers take you to services operated by those providers. Their own privacy notices, cookies and contact procedures apply once you visit them. This guide does not submit your details to a vendor simply because you read a profile.

Updates

This notice reflects the application features published on October 10, 2026. If data collection features are added, the notice should be reviewed with that change. No email address, postal address or data-retention promise is inferred where it has not been supplied.
